We'll email you the 6 QMORs within 24hr of checking out, check your spam/promotions folders if you don't see it within 24 hours. If you do not see it in any of those locations please contact us at info@clevelandarearuckingcrew.com.
 
Virtual QMOR6 will all be the same color markings on the patches since there is no official weigh ins and we will be using the honor system with sticking to the 2 hour timelimit. So pick whichever weights work best for you to complete as many QMORs in 2 hours.
 
When you do a virtual QMOR6 post updates in the Heavy Drop Training Community & Events page for each quarter mile and tag Heavy Drop Training so we can see how many you completed in the timeline and get your patch out to you.
 
Once cost is covered we will be donating a $10 from each sign up to the Gary Sinise Foundation.
