Get ready for the ultimate endurance challenge - our sandbag and ruck based Throwdown events! Join us for a night of intense, high-energy competition designed to test your limits and push your boundaries. 

Our event offers two divisions: competitive and non-competitive, ensuring that athletes of all levels can participate. 

In the competitive division, athletes will compete for the ultimate prize of a goodwerks Boogie Bag among other prizes. Expect to be challenged with grueling exercises and tasks that will push you to your limits. 

If you're new to fitness or looking for a less intense experience, our non-competitive division is perfect for you. Our experienced trainers will provide adjustments and modifications to ensure you get a great workout suited to your fitness level.

Breakdown: Roughly a weeks worth of HDT (SB&R based workouts), 8-15 miles of movements, team building, and coaching. We provide adjustments and subs for different exercises in this division when needed.

Weight: No minimum weight requirement, just bring a Ruck & SB

 

Breakdown: 1-2 HDT SB&R based workouts, 2-3 miles of movements, team building, and coaching. We provide adjustments and subs for different exercises in this division when needed. You will be joining for the last 3-5 hours of the Throwdown event. Start time varies between events (typically between 5-7 AM).

Breakdown: HDT workouts, AMRAPs, distance movements, and more while all competing against the volume, the clock, and/or the rep count as a team. Each patch has 6 white squares, when the team completes one of the 6 primary tasks to the required standard it will be filled in with the associated color, if it not completed then the square is blacked out. All signed up no matter the weight designation (Blue, Green, or Red) are on a team together. There are no competitive sign-ups for this event, it is 100% a team event.

  • Minimum 20lb Ruck & 40lb SB if under 160lbs w/ base layers on

  • Minimum 30lb Ruck & 60lb SB if equal or over 160lbs w/ base layers on

 

Breakdown: For the first 24 hours of this event you will not be dropped due to performance as long as you are not slowing down the timeline of the event. The only way you will not make it to the 24 hour point is if you are medically dropped or you voluntarily withdrawal. The last 12-16 hours there will be standards you will have to meet. If you fail one of these tests (potentially could be a rope climb, timed ruck, timed run, AMRAP reps, etc) then you will be dropped from the event. The standard is the standard. Over the course of the whole event you will do roughly 2 weeks or more of HDT SB&R based workouts, timed rucks, timed runs, team based movements, cognitive challenges, and more. This is an event like no other and will mentally and physically push you beyond any point you have been prior.

  • 60+ lb SB & 35+ lb ruck = Red Marks

  • 40-60 lb SB & 25-35 lb ruck = Green Marks

  • 20-40 lb SB & 10-25 lb ruck = Blue Marks

 

Breakdown: You have 2 hours to complete as many of the 6 QMOD assigned, they will increase in difficulty & you will not know what the next one is until you finish the one you are on. For each completed you will have a white box filled in.

  • QMOR6 Red Marks Average - 4.2 of 6

  • QMOR6 Green Marks Average - 5 of 6

  • QMOR6 Blue Marks Average - 4.5 of 6
