Yoga Programs

CHRISTINA WEHRY (HDT Yoga)

  • 23 years of yoga and meditation experience

  • A Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in the treatment and management of pain.

  • Founder of Complete Wellbeing, San Diego’s first fully holistic pain clinic, nearly three years ago.

  • She serves the MIL, LEO and first responder communities of San Diego through on-site classes and pain relief services in her clinic.

 

She is a thought leader in holistic pain treatment and expert in using yoga and meditation to decrease pain symptoms.

Option 1: HDT Add-On Yoga

  • This is in combination with your HDT Purchase (sold seperately). 

  • With the yoga add on will be getting a yoga flow which will run through specific regions of the body helping with shoulder, hip, and ankle mobility. The flow is prepared in a way that over the 6 weeks you should see vast improvements in overhead work, squat depth, and knee stability during lunges.

  • What you are getting with our program:

    • A single extended flow (anywhere from 30-60 mins long) to perform 1-3 times a week over the 6 weeks.

    • Access to Christina for specific mobility issues you may have, along with information about pain relief and management.

    • Yoga videos are accessible for added work if desired.

    • Each person signed up for the Yoga program will be in a closed group with all other members along with the coaches to allow for questions and information to be posted 

  • Cleveland Area Rucking Crew LLC has the right to deny or refund Heavy Drop Training for any reason that they see fit.

Option 2: Stand Alone Yoga Program

  • This program is on its own for those who are not signed up for Heavy Drop Training.

  • With the yoga add on will be getting a yoga flow which will run through specific regions of the body helping with shoulder, hip, and ankle mobility.
