What you will get over the 6 weeks
With your purchaseyou will get the following per week over the 6-week program.
- Rounds XXII-20 thru Round XXIV-21: 3 Primary Workouts, Care Package AMRAP, and Ruck/Run
- Rounds XXV-21 thru Round XXVIII-22: 3 Primary Workouts, Care Package AMRAP, a Ruck/Run, and a QMOD/R
- Rounds XXIX-22 thru Round XXXVII-23: 3 Primary Workouts, Care Package AMRAP, a Ruck/Run, a QMOD/R, and 3 Supplemental Barbell Workouts (in the Overview)
- Rounds XXXVIII-23 & on: 3 Primary Workouts, Care Package AMRAP, a Ruck/Run, a QMOD/R
Accessing Your Program(s)
Things needed to access your program:
- Sign the wavier: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5a8b1183b427d/web
- Within 24 hours of your waiver signing, you will gain access to your log
- Using your email & password "test" sign in: http://heavydrop.training/sign_in
- Click on your "Registered Programs"
- Click on the Round purchased
- You will now see your 6-week program including pre-training
Other Information
- There are PDFs for each week if you click on "Overview", Workouts", and "Care Package" that you can open and/or print out.
- When you click on the workouts you will see the exercises listed, you can click on the exercise and it will pull up a YouTube video on how to do the movement. Barbell exercises are not linked to videos as there are plenty already on YouTube
- The Overviews for each week may have codes that were active during the time that the round was happening, these codes are not active anymore.
