6-week KD-KB Program Round VI-24
Single person sign up for6-Week remote functional fitness training program for life (we are your gym) with our Kettlebell Coach Kristi Devenyi, while also used for tier one endurance event training. All workouts can be done anywhere, including your home with one or more kettlebells and just your body weight. Our custom logging site allows you to track all your progress over the 6 weeks or multiple rounds. Join us and watch your life change over the next 6 weeks and beyond.
Kristi is certified as a Kettlebell Lifting Fitness Instructor through the International Kettlebell Lifting Federation. Introduced to kettlebells during a seminar in 2006 with powerlifting legend, Donnie Thompson. Had in person instruction from renowned lifters like Brett Jones, the StrongFirst director of education. Taught kettlebell focused trained classes for five years at an unconventional fitness facility. Trained kettlebell sport lifting with international record holders and earned Candidate for Master of Sport in 20 kg and 24 kg long cycle through various organizations.
