8-week SAQ (Speed, Agility, and Quickness) Training

Single person sign up for8 Week Program (in sync with Proprioceptive & Heavy Drop Training Programs or on its own)
- Each workout will have a Speed, Agility, and Quickness segment
- First 2 weeks stabilization-exercises at 70-80% top speed movements focused on form.
- Weeks 3-5 will be strength-based exercises at 80-90% top speed movements focus on increased speed and fluidity of movement with optimal postural control, alignment, and awareness of body movement at higher speeds
- Weeks 6-8 will be power-based exercises at 90-100% top speed movements focused on honing in the power and drive of push off and change of direction.

Required Equipment
These are just examples; weight plates will primarily be used to hold down resistance bands so heavier plates are more ideal or multiple plates. If you have a cage or a poll that you can attach a band to that can work as well.
