36-40hr endurance event in collaboration with Heavy Drop Training, Green Beret Fitness, & a guest lead. The 3-headed Cerberus guards the gates of Hell. The 3 of us have come together to draw out your inner demons, pushing you mentally & physically, but also leaving you with more knowledge than you came with. Prepare for an event like no other.
Most of what we will be doing you won't know from signing up, you have to show up. But here is 1/100th of a breakdown of what you can expect. This event will be a mix of multiple expertise’s coming together. Throughout the event you will have multiple sandbag and ruck based exercises that will be similar, but not always the same, as you see in rounds of Heavy Drop Training. Along with the exercises our guest lead will be teaching you multiple skills and team building while getting in miles through unforgiving terrain. And to mix it up a bit more there will be speed rucking and heavy weighted movements put together to push you mentally and physically by Green Beret Fitness. All in all, it’s going to be one hell of a time... what you put into this event will show at endex.
Expect miles, heavy weight, team building, and the unexpected.
For the first 24 hours of this event you will not be dropped due to performance. The only way you will not make it to the 24 hour point is if you a medically dropped or you voluntarily withdrawal.
The last 12-16 hours there will be standards you will have to meet. If you fail one of these tests (potentially could be a rope climb, timed ruck, timed run, AMRAP reps, etc) then you will be dropped from the event. The standard is the standard.
Below are the items you will need to bring to the start point, items may be added up to 2 weeks prior to the event.
- Ruck w/ Weight (Minimum 30# for over 150lbs BW / 20# for under 150lbs BW)
- Sandbag (Minimum 60# for over 150lbs BW / 40# for under 150lbs BW)
- Minimum of 6L of water
- Two bladders or extra Nalgene's
- Kitbag (this is any kind of bag that will be an extension of your ruck, do not use a garbage bag)
- Cotton Towel (Hand Towel size)
- Foot Kit (we recommend Combat Ready Tactical)
- 25 foot long rope, 1in diameter
- Dry Gear (change of clothing during the event)
- Team Based Gear to be added later

This registration will add you to the roster, you do not need to bring a psychical ticket, you will need to bring a drivers license that matches your name to the sign up.
Join the fun and help count reps during workouts, tend to things that may pop up that we may need help with. Please sign up if you are for sure able to help out during some point of the event.
