About The Event
36-40hr endurance event in collaboration with Heavy Drop Training, Castlemen Events, & Green Beret Fitness. The 3-headed Cerberus guards the gates of Hell. The 3 of us have come together to draw out your inner demons, pushing you mentally & physically, but also leaving you with more knowledge than you came with. Prepare for an event like nonother.
Most of what we will be doing you won't know from signing up, you have to show up. But here is 1/100th of a breakdown of what you can expect. This event will be a mix of multiple expertise’s coming together. Throughout the event you will have multiple sandbag and ruck based exercises that will be similar, but not always the same, as you see in rounds of Heavy Drop Training. Along with the exercises Castlemen Events will be teaching you multiple skills and team building while getting in miles through unforgiving terrain. And to mix it up a bit more there will be speed rucking and heavy weighted movements put together to push you mentally and physically by Green Beret Fitness. All in all, it’s going to be one hell of a time... what you put into this event will show at endex.
Expect miles, heavy weight, team building, and the unexpected.
Below are the items you will need to bring to the start point, items may be added up to 2 weeks prior to the event.
- Ruck w/ Weight (Minimum 30# for over 150lbs BW / 20# for under 150lbs BW)
- Sandbag (Minimum 60# for over 150lbs BW / 40# for under 150lbs BW)
- Minimum of 6L of water
- Two bladders or extra Nalgene's
- Foot Kit (we recommend Combat Ready Tactical)
- Folding Shovel
- Team Based Gear to be added later
