About The Event

Your team will have multiple tasks to finish over the course of the event which will be either pass or fail as a team (you're not dropped from the event for a fail like we do for Cerberus). This will incorporate HDT workouts, AMRAPs, distance movements, heavy movements, etc. all as a team (again, a team is all those who sign up, there is no competitive division for this event). The event will run no later than 1PM Saturday, your team will determine how long the event will go in Saturday...

The start point will be our home base, you can store as much food or water there as you see fit for this event, extra gear/layers, ruck/SB weights, foam rollers, voodoo floss, etc. I will also have my TheraDrill with me for any participants to use. Our goal is to keep you fueled and primed going into each movement. There will be downtime between movements/workouts to roll out, stretch, change gear, use the bathroom, etc.  depending on how quickly you finish tasks and how much rest as a team you allocate.

You can choose to do the event with one of the following:

  • 60 lb Sandbag and 35 lb dry ruck (RED MARKS)
  • 40 lb Sandbag and 25 lb dry ruck (GREEN MARKS)
  • 20 lb Sandbag and 15 lb dry ruck (BLUE MARKS)

All weight will be weighed prior to the start of the event to use calculate the different time hacks and workout standards for the group that will be required to have a pass for the tasks. 

Required Gear:

  • ID that matches Sign Up Name
  • Ruck w/ weight
  • Sandbag (filled)
  • Headlamp
  • Reflectors
  • 3L of water minimum in Ruck (bring all the jugs you'd like though)
  • Electrolytes
  • Spare batteries for Headlamp
  • Food (you'll be able to eat as much as you'd like to carry or stash at the start point)
  • Carabineer
  • Gloves
