Price increases will happen 2 months out, also at that time we need to be halfway or close to halfway (50%) to the number we are aiming for or the event will be cancelled at that time (typically the events we have run we are there by then, the events we have cancelled we typically are far off). Bearing we are halfway then we still need to get within 75% of the number by 1 month out or we will cancel it. If we hit the 75% mark we will plan on doing the event with the hopes we get to at least 100% the number we are aiming for.
