After a good nights sleep post-Ultimate Throwdown come and make Bryan do some work for a good cause. All those who donate/sign up or were part of the Ultimate Throwdown can add a movement, exercises, workout to the hat to be pulled out. We'll pull as many out in a 2.5 hour time for Bryan to do.
