This one is a special version, warm up with an SAQ workout, take part in the PT Test, and then an HDT soul crusher before you head home and sleep. No patches, just experiences. Use whatever weights you want for SB&R.

About The Event
Use whatever weights you want for your ruck and sandbag. You will be partaking in the warm-up, PT Test, and a SB&R workout.
Required Gear:
- ID that matches Sign Up Name
- Ruck w/ weight
- Sandbag (filled)
- Water bottle
Required Gear if you Continued:
- Headlamp
- Reflectors
- 3L of water minimum in Ruck (bring all the jugs you'd like though)
- Electrolytes
- Spare batteries for Headlamp
- Food (you'll be able to eat as much as you'd like to carry or stash at the start point)
- Carabineer
- Gloves
