HDT Warm-Up, Workout, & Sleep - CLEVELAND, OH

No idea what HDT, a Rufus's HDT Throwdown, or Collective event is? Are you curious? Well now you can join us for the 1st 2 hours of the event! In the first 2 hours you'll go through the administrative process, a warmup, body weight AMRAP, and a 1hr time capped ruck and sandbag workout.

About The Event
Minimum weight required for this workout is a 10 lb Ruck in a 20 lb sandbag if not doing bodyweight workouts only. You can choose to do the full event after the workout is done. If you do so you will receive a code that is minus the price of what you paid for this ticket and sign up during the downtime before the next movement. If you have a discount code, that discount will be included in the code. If there is a chance that you will want to continue and compete, you will want to make sure to do this workout with the competitive weight based on your body weight. If you have no plans to continue as a competitive participant, we do offer modifications and substitutions for exercises throughout the event.
Required Gear:
- ID that matches Sign Up Name
- Ruck w/ weight for workouts and movements for SB&R programming, for just movements if doing bodyweight only programming.
- Sandbag (filled)
- Water bottle
Required Gear if you Continued:
- Headlamp
- Reflectors
- 3L of water minimum in Ruck (bring all the jugs you'd like though)
- Electrolytes
- Spare batteries for Headlamp
- Food (you'll be able to eat as much as you'd like to carry or stash at the start point)
- Carabineer
- Gloves
