Standards matter. 24 hours in can you meet the standards, if not you're going home. Cerberus is a 40hr endurance event for only the strongest mentally & physically hardened individuals. If you like to be in uncomfortable situations, pushed to your limits physically & mentally, have a competitive nature, and want to work on team building, then this is your event. 1 in 8 sign ups won't make it to the finish. Can you do a rope climb with roughly 30 lbs. of kit on you 40 hours into an event? If so, this is what you've been waiting for. LIMITED to 50 sign ups! Finish and have a chance at up to $5,000 in prize money in the following years Ultimate Throwdown event.

Most of what we will be doing you won't know from signing up, you have to show up. This event will be a mix of multiple expertise’s coming together. Throughout the event you will have multiple sandbag and ruck based exercises that will be similar, but not always the same, as you see in rounds of Heavy Drop Training. Along with the exercises our guest lead will be teaching you multiple skills and team building while getting in miles through unforgiving terrain. And to mix it up a bit more there will be speed rucking and heavy weighted movements put together to push you mentally and physically by Green Beret Fitness. All in all, it’s going to be one hell of a time... what you put into this event will show at endex.

Expect miles, heavy weight, team building, and the unexpected.

For the first 24 hours of this event you will not be dropped due to performance. The only way you will not make it to the 24 hour point is if you a medically dropped, you voluntarily withdrawal, or you are not able to keep up with your peers and are slowing the timeline down.

The last 12-16 hours there will be standards you will have to meet. If you fail one of these tests (potentially could be a rope climb, timed ruck, timed run, AMRAP reps, etc) then you will be dropped from the event. The standard is the standard.

Below are the items you will need to bring to the start point, items may be added up to 2 weeks prior to the event.

• Ruck w/ Weight (Minimum 30# for over 150lbs BW / 20# for under 150lbs BW)
• Sandbag (Minimum 60# for over 150lbs BW / 40# for under 150lbs BW)
• Minimum of 6L of water
• Two bladders or extra Nalgene's
• Kitbag (this is any kind of bag that will be an extension of your ruck, do not use a garbage bag)
• Electrolytes
• Headlamp
• Cotton Towel (Hand Towel size) 
• Foot Kit (we recommend Combat Ready Tactical)
• 25 foot long rope, 3/8 diameter
• Dry Gear (change of clothing during the event)
• Team Based Gear to be added later
