About The Event

The BIG 3 lifts - Bench Press, Back Squat and Deadlift.

This event will only have 4 weight divisions as outlined below. Each weight division will be given a relative strength score (RSS) based on total weight from the 3 lifts, divided by the lifters bodyweight. This calculated relative strength score will determine winners in each of the 4 divisions.

2. MALE Under 200 Pounds

Bench Press – 250

Back Squat – 399

Deadlift – 525

Total = 1,174 lbs. lifted / 256 (lifters bodyweight) = 4.585

Lifter 2 at 201 lbs. bodyweight.

Bench Press – 240

Back Squat – 301

Deadlift – 475

Total = 1,016 lbs. lifted / 201 (lifters bodyweight) = 5.054
