  • Hey everyone, So I've been looking into rucking as a way to up my fitness levels. I live about an hour outside of Chicago and was thinking about signing up for the light event in September. In the mean time I've across Pathfinder training. The next class starts up on August 1st. Are there any other training programs? Are they any suggestions for beginners or ways to train until the class starts? Really any tips here will help! Also if anyone is in the Chicagoland area and would like to train let me know!   • am a 150ish lb male and I've recently been walking with a 30 lb hiking backpack. I want to know your opinion on this workout as an alternative to running. My goal is to improve my cardio with this, specifically if it can also marginally improve my run time as well. I walk 5 miles around a local park and I've averaged a 17:30 pace. Disposable vape pod
