About The Event
If we do not hit the number of sign ups for this event to be a go you will receive a full refund for this event. We need a minimum 10 Throwdown sign-ups or a mix similar of Knockouts, QMOD/R6, and/or NOCWYCDF Barbell events for the event to happen. Competitive Division needs to have a minimum 4 sign-ups to occur and has a maximum of 10. Maximum Throdown (Competitive & Non-Competitive combined) is 30.
PRICE INCREASE - $155.00 4/21/2024 and after.
Each event will have a unique mix of both sandbag and ruck based workouts. The start point will be our home base, you can store as much food or water there as you see fit for this event, extra gear/layers, ruck/SB weights, foam rollers, voodoo floss, etc. I will also have my TheraDrill with me for any participants to use.
