HDT Warm-Up, Workout, & Sleep - DALLAS, TX

No idea what HDT, a Rufus's HDT Throwdown, or Collective event is? Are you curious? Well now you can join us for the 1st 2 hours of the event! In the first 2 hours you'll go through the administrative process, a warmup, body weight AMRAP, and a 1hr time capped ruck and sandbag workout.

About The Event
Minimum weight required for this workout is a 10 lb Ruck in a 20 lb sandbag. You can choose to do the full event after the workout is done. If you do so you will receive a code that is minus the price of what you paid for this ticket and sign up during the downtime before the next movement. If you have a discount code, that discount will be included in the code.
Required Gear:
- ID that matches Sign Up Name
- Ruck w/ weight
- Sandbag (filled)
- Water bottle
Required Gear if you Continued:
- Headlamp
- Reflectors
- 3L of water minimum in Ruck (bring all the jugs you'd like though)
- Electrolytes
- Spare batteries for Headlamp
- Food (you'll be able to eat as much as you'd like to carry or stash at the start point)
- Carabineer
- Gloves
