Basic Breakdown of our General Rucks & Equipment Needed

  • Beginner Training Rucks

    • Equipment:

      • Under 150 lbs, 10 lbs in weight; Over 150 lbs, 20 lbs in weight

      • Minimum 32 oz. of water

      • Reflectors on ruck

      • Optional: Gloves, runners, carabiners, appropriate clothing for weather.

    • Light PT (typically body weight & some ruck exercises)

    • 1 team weight (provided)

    • Team building exercises

    • 3-6 miles of rucking

    • Roughly 3-4 hours

  • Intermediate Training Rucks

    • Equipment:

      • Under 150 lbs, 20 lbs in weight; Over 150 lbs, 30 lbs in weight

      • Minimum 2L of water

      • Reflectors on ruck

      • Optional: Gloves, runners, carabiners, appropriate clothing for weather.

    • Moderate PT (typically ruck & some sandbag exercises)

    • 2 team weights (provided)

    • Team building exercises

    • 6-10 miles of rucking

    • Roughly 4-6 hours

  • Advanced Training Rucks

    • Equipment:

      • Under 150 lbs, 30 lbs in weight; Over 150 lbs, 40 lbs in weight

      • Minimum 2L of water

      • Reflectors on ruck

      • Phone

      • Cash/credit card for pick up if needed

      • Optional: Gloves, runners, carabiners, appropriate clothing for weather.

    • Heavy PT (typically ruck & sandbag exercises)

    • 2+ team weights (provided)

    • Team building exercises 

    • 10+ miles of rucking

    • Roughly 6-12 hours
